This hotel has a perfect central location close to the beach, making it easy to catch a sunset for a wedding, and it's also right next to the garden and the historic area.

Staying in a Victorian mansion is always great. This property is in an excellent location, Eaton Street.

Sorry to have to tell you the following. One toilet had a strong urine smell. While the other bathroom had ants and bugs on the rim of the toilet and on the floor. I left a cookie by the coffee machine and by morning it had attracted ants. The towel in my bath was super poor quality, stained and smelly. Finally, when I walked around the room in my bare feet I picked up lots of sand from the wood floors. So, housekeeping is not their strong point. I mentioned all of this during the great breakfast to an employee. She just said she would look into it.

This place has a great and charming location, within walking distance to a church and a theater.

The history of this beautiful house alone is worth the visit. We loved the Parlor Suite. The room was spacious and a perfect blend of old and new, furnished with some antiques and great modern amenities. Its unique bathroom gave the feeling of being outside, so tropical. The outdoor garden space at the back of the house is intimate and welcoming, a little oasis after walking around Key West. And walking is easy as the Artist House is so close to Duval and its nightlife and an easy stroll to the seaport and galleries. We loved our stay and the staff could not have been more friendly.

The hotel was clean and offered outstanding value. the location was great, being incredibly close to all attractions, entertainment, stores, restaurants. - the room was good-sized, elegant, and I slept well. - Amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a small fridge were provided.

It's a beautiful old house with great charme and spirit. The rooms are huge and the people very friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice area in short walking distance of everything in Key West - I just loved my stay and very likely come back one day.
